Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By accessing or using Halftoniq ("the Service"), operated by Strategy Brett LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Halftoniq is a subscription-based strategy platform that generates marketing strategy artifacts based on inputs you provide. Output is generated using AI and structured frameworks and is provided "as is" without warranty of business results.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of any business information, brand assets, or content you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe on any third party's rights, attempt to reverse engineer the platform, or resell output as a standalone product without written permission.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". We make no guarantees about specific business outcomes, revenue, or marketing results. Strategy is a tool; execution is on you.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strategy Brett LLC's total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling from your account settings.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect.
