Privacy Policy

This page is maintained by Strategy Brett LLC to answer common privacy questions about Halftoniq. It describes what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

• Account data: your email, and — if you create one — your password (stored hashed).
• Strategy inputs: the business, market, offer, and goal information you enter into the platform to generate outputs.
• Billing data: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We receive only a subscription ID, customer ID, and transaction status.
• Usage data: basic analytics (page views, feature usage) to improve the product.

How We Use It

• To provide, operate, and improve the Service.
• To generate strategy outputs based on your inputs.
• To send transactional email (receipts, password resets, account notices).
• To send occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time.

Subprocessors

We rely on a small number of trusted third parties to operate the Service:

• Supabase — database, authentication, file storage.
• Stripe — payments and subscription management.
• AI model providers — used to generate strategy outputs from your inputs. Inputs are sent to the provider under a no-training agreement.
• Lovable — hosting infrastructure.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your strategy inputs or outputs with third parties except the subprocessors above, and only as needed to deliver the Service.

Retention & Deletion

We retain your account and strategy data as long as your account is active. On deletion request, we remove your account data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain billing records.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to processing. To exercise these rights, email us at the address below.

Cookies

We use first-party cookies for authentication and essential session state, and privacy-respecting analytics cookies to understand product usage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Security

Data is transmitted over TLS and stored encrypted at rest by our infrastructure providers. No system is perfectly secure — if you suspect an issue, contact us at once.
